We’ve purposely architected our website so that the only place where we can collect some information about you is through the contact form, so that is by your choice. That information is only used as directed by you, it will not be otherwise passed on to any external entity. One exception to that is that we currently use an external service (fabform.io) to process the contact form and send us its contents.
Other Information
Through our communications, and work performed for you, we may acquire other details about you. These details remain confidential as per the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) built in to our standard client contract.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking cookies, only one boolean (true/false) flag cookie so we don’t keep telling you about this policy.
Review, Correction and Removal of Information
As per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU), we accept and abide by requests to review, correct or remove your details from our records.
This commitment is not restricted solely to subjects of EU countries, any person can ask us.
When Opting Out of Communications
In order to prevent re-adding you to for instance a mailing list that you’ve previously signed up for, we will have to keep your email address on a separate “do not mail” list.
